What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing high-volume inbound calls

  • Supporting caregiver scheduling and urgent escalations

  • Responding to chat and email requests

  • Accurately documenting every interaction

  • Following structured communication protocols

Performance is measured daily on attendance, call quality, accuracy, efficiency and professional tone.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing agents, administrative tasks, assisting in training and performing related shift duties. Resource Advisor will provide support for a variety of tasks including: managing team members, monitoring work flows, participating in shift meetings and related operational needs. Successful candidates will provide an upbeat and positive attitude and display a strong ability to manage staff efficiently.

 

  • Monitor various department tools and software applications like Form Approval, Pause Requests and Chat

  • Respond to agent support needs

  • Assist with shift changes and call-offs

  • Manage and process overflow calls and lead processing

  • Assist Resource Facilitator and department managers to achieve performance goals


Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to multitask inbound / outbound calls, emails and chat requests

  • Detail-oriented

  • PC and computer proficiency

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to motivate employees and nurture a team environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Syncrotist software applications

  • Prior experience leading small teams

  • Prior call center experience
